At Campos, building stronger communities is more than part of our work—it’s part of who we are.
Across North America, Campos employees volunteer their time, share their expertise, and invest in the communities they call home. Whether mentoring students, supporting local nonprofits, leading STEM activities, or giving back through service projects, our employees are creating meaningful impact where it’s needed most.
Each year, more than 300 Campos employees contribute over 4,000 volunteer hours in partnership with the Campos Foundation, supporting schools, nonprofit organizations, SmartLabs, and community initiatives that expand opportunities for others.
Giving Back to the Communities We Serve
Step Up for STEM
One of our favorite traditions is the annual Step Up for STEM Challenge.
Employees across the Campos Family of Companies come together for a month-long wellness and fundraising initiative that transforms every step into an investment in future opportunities. Together, participants raise funds that support STEM education initiatives in underserved communities selected by the winning team.
It’s a powerful reminder that when we move together, we create meaningful change together.
